Connector troubleshooting: Notion, Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive
Connecting
- Connectors are set up from the Console (or app) integrations page. If the OAuth popup doesn't open, disable popup blockers and try a different browser.
- Some connectors are gated by plan — check your plan's feature list if a connector doesn't appear.
Partial or empty syncs
- Large workspaces take time. A Notion workspace or mailbox with thousands of items syncs incrementally — give it a few hours before assuming it's stuck.
- Scope matters. During the OAuth grant you choose which pages/folders to share. If content is missing, re-connect and grant access to the missing sections — this is the #1 cause of "only some pages synced".
- Zero documents after connecting usually means the grant succeeded but the import didn't start — disconnect, reconnect, and if it repeats, contact support with your org ID and the connector name.
Re-connecting cleanly
- Disconnect the connector in the Console.
- Also revoke the app's access in the provider (Google account permissions, Notion connections settings), so the next connect starts a fresh grant.
- Reconnect and re-select the scope.
Watch your quota
Connector imports count toward your token allowance. A very large first sync can consume a significant chunk of a monthly quota — for big workspaces, consider connecting a narrower scope first.
When writing in, include: the connector, your org ID, when you connected, and roughly how many items you expected vs what arrived.
